  • Personalized group signage directing your guests to your event space

Parking

Street parking is available free of charge after 5:30pm and there is a pay parking lot located directly across from Coasters which can be accessed from either George St. or York St. We are within walking distance of many downtown hotels including The Courtyard Marriot, The Chateau Laurier, and The Westin.

Room Arrangements

  • Floor plans can be provided upon request
  • Coat racks are situated at the back of the room
  • Washrooms are conviently located on each floor

Equipment & Rentals

Our in house PA system is no extra charge subject to availability. PA system includes 2 twelve inch speakers and 2 mics and stands.

For any outsourced rentals we would be pleased to arrange the rental of almost any desired equiptment for your event subject to its availability.
